At North Shore Risk Management, we work closely with property managers and managing agents to design sound insurance solutions for their clients. With approximately 50,000 residential units in our portfolio of clients, we understand the needs of the real estate industry specializing in residential cooperatives and condominiums. We collaborate with management and Boards of Directors to educate them on the exposures they must address on behalf of their shareholders.

CONSTRUCTION

We recognize the critical importance of evaluating coverage requirements for contractors. This approach includes reviewing contract language and offering our clients solutions for proper risk transfer. NSRM designs coverages for our construction clients based on their unique needs. We have a dedicated staff to issue certificates of insurance and our account executives work with our construction clients to keep them apprised of important developments that impact their insurance needs. 

NONPROFIT

NSRM is well versed with the specialized needs of nonprofit and social service organizations. Our clients include many leading groups that provide housing and supportive services to the homeless, senior and adult care facilities, and organizations that address those with special needs.

Working alongside various departments within social service organizations, our staff is able to consolidate and coordinate multiple insurance requirements into a clear and comprehensive program.
